Baggage Storage and Delivery Service

Partner & Authority: Subcontracted by SF Express under a 6-year license granted by the Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK), effective from June 1, 2023.

Core Operations: Dedicated specialist contractor managing day-to-day operations, including the deployment of highly qualified personnel.

Services Provided: Comprehensive baggage storage, reliable baggage delivery, and convenient off-airport check-in solutions for airline passengers.

Passenger Assistance Services

Partner & Authority: Operated via a Joint Venture (JV) formed between Chu Kong Passenger Transport (CKPT) and WACI, awarded by AAHK.

Core Operations: Managing and deploying a daily frontline team of over 70 staff members.

Services Provided: On-site customer guidance at self-service check-in zones to seamlessly assist departing travelers with self-help baggage drops.

Ground Handling Agent (GHA) Contract

Partner & Authority: Direct ground handling service agreement with Cathay Pacific Airways.

Core Operations: Delivering premium, flexible passenger processing outside the traditional airport terminal environment.

Services Provided: Dedicated passenger and baggage check-in services across specialized off-airport locations, including AsiaWorld-Expo, HKIA VIP Suites, Hong Kong Business Aviation Centre (HKBAC), and In-Town Check-in facilities at MTR Hong Kong and Kowloon Stations.
