Baggage Storage and Delivery Service
§AAHK grants a 6 years license, with effect from I June 2023, to SF Express, allowing it to offer baggage storage, baggage delivery and off airport check-in service for airline passengers; WACI is a specialist contractor of SF Express responsible for managing the operations of the license, which include the provision of qualified staff; Service fee for WACI’s service is based on sharing of profit derived from the project.

Passenger Assistance Services
AAHK award the service contract to JV formed between Chu Kong Passenger Transport (CKPT) and WACI; Under the service contract, JV provides around 70+ staff each day at the self service check-in area to assist departing passengers using the self-help baggage check-in service.

Ground Handling Agent
§WACI enter into a ground handling agent contract with Cathay Pacific Airways providing passengers and baggage check-in service for CX at off airport check-in locations such as In-Town Check-in Facility at AEL HK and KLN Station, Asia World Expo, HKIA VIP Suite and HK Business Aviation Center.
